I have spent more than 20 years helping people and organizations find their voice, build their strategy, and move forward with clarity. That work has taken a lot of forms over the years, from leading marketing and communications for mission-aligned organizations, to designing and running a year-long leadership development program for emerging managers, to working one on one with professionals navigating some of the most important transitions of their careers.

What has stayed constant through all of it is the thing that keeps me doing this work. There is nothing quite like the moment a client tells you they landed the role. Or when a manager says the work they did in a program changed how their whole team operates. Those moments do not get old. They are the reason I built this practice.

Grounded Pathways sits at the intersection of coaching, communication, and strategy because that is where I have always lived professionally. I am an ICF ACC-certified coach, a licensed PCSI communications facilitator, and a certified Coach U organizational coaching facilitator. I also integrate Pigment, a powerful career and strengths assessment, into many of my coaching engagements because self-awareness is not a soft skill. It is a strategic advantage.

Over the past several months I have been working directly with professionals in career transition, which is the work that became the foundation of Grounded Pathways Lift, my structured job seeker coaching program. That experience reinforced something I already believed: people do not just need a coach who asks good questions. They need a partner who understands the real world they are navigating and can help them move through it with both strategy and confidence.
