I’m a marketing, communications, and brand leader with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-aligned organizations connect with audiences, align teams, and drive meaningful results. My work has always centered on communication, not just as a message, but as a leadership tool that shapes culture, trust, and impact.

Over time, my focus on leadership development and organizational culture led me to expand my work through coaching. I’m an ACC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and a licensed Communications and Coach Clinic facilitator. This allows me to bring a coaching lens to both individual leadership growth and hands-on communications, brand, and marketing consulting.

In leadership roles, I’ve built systems and initiatives that strengthen teams and prepare future leaders. This includes designing and leading a year-long coaching program for emerging leaders across multiple locations, combining group learning with individual support to improve communication, culture, and retention. These experiences reinforced my belief that clear communication and strong leadership are essential to sustainable growth.
